Private Chef (NIGERIAN CUISINE)

INMEDIATE START

We are looking for a PRIVATE CHEF for a client of ours; with a well-equipped kitchen serving afternoon snacks and dinners to a friendly couple 5 days a week. (Mon to Fri)

Looking for Chef ASAP. (knowledge of African Cuisine preferable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the food plan, preparing, monitoring the quality of food, and ensuring consistency in offering a high standard of cuisine to the client, including menus change regularly and modern African cuisine geared to the seasons.

What we are looking for?

• NVQ level 2/3 or similar relevant industry experience and qualifications
• Proven experience, ideally within a high volume and quality
• Must have a valid certificate at Level 2 Food Hygiene
• Clean, neat, and methodical approach to work
• Able to work under pressure
• High standard of food hygiene
• A passionate individual

SPECIFICATION

• 20 hours per week
• Salary £22,000 GPA
• Start date ASAP

Other requirements:

• Have the right to work in the UK
• English speaker
• DBS check
