Immediate feedback clause:

The client agrees to provide the agency with appropriate feedback following the conclusion of the interview/trial within the next 2 working days, including his/her intentions regarding the candidate’s incorporation into the position offered and, should the interview/trial not be successful, a constructive description of the reasons for the rejection to assist in the re-engineering of the search.

Non-solicitation clause

The client agrees not to offer employment or engage in any recruitment discussions directly with the candidate introduced by the agency for a period of 12 months after the initial introduction.

Fee payment agreement:

The recruitment fee (Only in Option 1) is due upon the candidate’s acceptance of an offer from the client or upon successful completion of the trial shift, whichever occurs first. Any direct employment or engagement of the candidate by the client without the agency’s involvement will still require payment of the recruitment fee.

Direct contact reporting requirement:

The client agrees to inform the agency immediately if they are contacted directly by the candidate or if any communication occurs outside of the agency’s involvement.

Indemnity clause:

The client is responsible for any costs, damages or losses incurred by the agency as a result of any breach of the terms and conditions, including direct contact and intent to avoid the recruitment fee.
