Candidate Introduction Clause

Introduction by Nomenial Household Staff (Auxistencia LTD): The candidate(s) introduced by Nomenial to the client, for the purpose of considering them for job position(s), shall be subject to the following terms and conditions. Confidentiality and Non-Solicitation:

a. The client agrees not to directly contact or engage in any form of communication with the introduced candidate(s) for a period of 12 months following the initial introduction by Nomenial, except through Nomenial.

b. The client agrees not to solicit, offer employment, or engage the introduced candidate(s) for any job positions or projects, directly or indirectly, during the aforementioned time frame.

c. The client acknowledges that any breach of this clause may result in legal action and financial penalties as determined by the applicable laws.

Exclusive Representation:

a. The client agrees that is the exclusive representative for the candidate(s) introduced for the specific job position(s) discussed.

b. The client shall notify Nomenial immediately if the candidate(s) are offered employment, contract work, or any other form of engagement during the aforementioned time frame.

Compensation:

a. In the event that The client hires or engages the introduced candidate(s) directly within the agreed-upon time frame, The client shall be responsible for the applicable placement fees, as outlined in Nomenial's fee structure (Terms and conditions).

Term:

a. This Candidate Introduction Clause shall remain in effect for the duration specified in Section 2(a) above.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

a. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Courts of England & Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

By accepting the introduction of candidate(s) from Nomenial, The client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
