Housekeeper position
Housekeeper at Charcott, Tonbridge, Kent
LOCATION: Charcott, Kent
Job type: Part time
Hours per week: 30h.
Week Salary: £ 381.6
This is a position for someone who enjoys animals and country life.
A nice family is looking for a friendly person who is a good driver and likes dogs and older children.
Role includes childminding for:
- A 14th year old boy
- A 10th year old girl
The house is a a country home, 5 bedrooms, 2 studies, 4 bathrooms, 1WC.
There are pets and animals around, walking the dog will be one of the tasks:
- The dog is a pointer
- There are some chickens
Cooking required: simple healthy food.
In summer the family grows vegs and fruits which are nice to be included.
Job schedule:
- 1pm arrive and walk dog
- 2pm family laundry and tidy house
- 3pm prep for supper
- 4pm pick up child from school
- 5pm homework and sometimes pick up other child
- 6.30 serve supper
- Leave between 6.30 and 7
Starting time is flexible but someone who can stay until seven is needed.
Earlier finish time on Fridays when family works from home.
Additional availability in school holidays would also be helpful but not essential.
Additional duties:
The mother of the owner often stays with them and may need a lift to town or some help with lunch.
